Axcel hospitality is a rapidly growing group of hotels. We have 4 fully operational hotels and 4 in the pipeline. The best thing is they give flexibility in time and holidays. My colleagues come from various countries so it is exciting to work with people from different cultural background.

Dislikes

Even after working as the Group HR Manager for 2 years never got the opportunity to personally meet the staff at the hotels and other colleagues. Since we are operating from a back office in India, the relationship was always limited to emails and telephone calls.

Work Details

I worked as the HR manager for the entire group. We have 4 operational hotels and 4 in the pipeline. Work was hectic.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
