Amazing company to be a part of and work with. Been 7 years almost with the same zeal and good progress overall. AXA Is one of the best companies in the market and would recommend it to many people who are eligible to be a part as well.

it was great working in AXA Business services, management wise i feel like Nano Management.

Dislikes

Training was Good , Few teammates do politics internally with in the teams, Career growth wise repeatedly need to do the same work, Management doesn't bother about employee salary if the employee didn't receive increment, manager decide how ever they like based on favors, learnings are at very minimum level, work life balance is nutral.

Most terrible company Nothing is good about this organisation It's a more than 20 years old organization But still they are struggling to provide basic necessities to employees. Like : A cafeteria of their own with some lights and cool air 2. Offline Library 3. AC and lights before 8 AM and after 6 PM Management is very pathetic They don't follow any rules or policies

There is nothing, which can be liked about this company They say, it is a baby company. It is only 20 Years old. So, they can not provide more facilities like good Cafeteria, Library, Medical Room, BreakOut Areas etc And in Pune Suzlon office, they won't turn on AC after 7 PM and lights

They say it is a baby company It is only 20 years old So they can not provide you basic facilities Like Medical Room/ medicines(pain killer), library, cafeteria(which can have food for employees during office hours) They won't turn on AC and lights post 7 PM in suzlon pune.
