Interview Preparation Tips

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please don't give interview in AXA in Pune, it's just waste of time. HR are not professional. One of the HR executive is so rude and will never respond to your call. I had given the interview on 8th Feb and then I had to call them back to know the feedback of my interview. However they never answered my call and after two weeks she gave me negative feedback, but frankly saying I had given very good interview and was sure that I will get selected. I had given two rounds and I Cleared both these rounds, however for the last round which was going to be taken by managers, I was told that they will take virtual round and just next day I was told by same HR executive that it won't be virtual but telephonic round but I didn't receive any call from manager's. I used to call and she would say that she will connect with managers and let me know. Everytime she used to give me same answer that she will connect with managers and conduct my interview however she never called me so one day I had to go to their office and then only on that day, I could give my third round of interview which was face to face but even after 3 to 4 days I didn't receive any feedback from HR that whether I am selected or not, so again I had to call her back and then after 2 or 3 days she gave me negative feedback. It was one of the worst experience in my life. There is favouritism in their interview process and they will only waste your time. They will make you wait till 8 pm and will tell you that they will call you back but they neither call you nor recieve your call.
