Though I worked for more than 10 years there is no positive. Do not join AXA and waste your career For fresher's it will be good only for couple of months they can learn management tactics, and how a corporate office works then can move out to a different organization with all these experience, you will never learn anything from the process. In simple words when you start driving or riding bike you go to empty roads to learn and get experience the same way join AXA and learn corporate behavior and tactics and move out as soon as possible, your manager's might tell so many things to retain you but never listen to that just leave...Read More

Overall AXA is not a good place to work. As I mentioned in the like section just for fresher's how the corporate office works and leave...the entire management says transparency but there will be no transparency from the CEO till the manager everything will be secret and cost cutting mindset. Its not a good place to work!
