The shift timings were really good. The work is comparatively stress free and really good with their commute and the flexibility to do WFH 🏠

Dislikes

The Management. Especially the Managers whose initials are AJ and NJ were the worst. The management is filled with people who are racist and totally casteist. They will divide you into "class" And will actually lobby against you to the extent where you will feel isolated and would rather resign. I have seen that happen with 2 peoplebefore me. Well behaved employees. Get to learn more about Insurance domain. Healthy work life balance although depends on project. Average relocation package.

Salary is low. Hike is below average. You have to wait for getting a good project. This is a offshore centre to support various AXA entities. So, based on their requirements, you will get projects. No internal movement to abroad. You need to oli partners to hire you at their entity.

everything to dislike the company work culture is very toxic and compelled to achive high claim processing target . And everything thing will be checked by the QC they wwill be abusing day and night. As soon as you join it will become a bad nightmare for you where everybody will take from outside and no satisfication inside.

Just the location as it was in my hometown.

Why so many women?? Just women . Low accumen back office BPO jobs carried out here. No internal movements encouraged. HR is from rural institutions who cannot speak English properly. Salary is abyssymal. Worked here only because I was in a financial difficulty. Also, notice period is an unbelievable 90 days (not negotiable!).

Appraisal and increment are terrible. Excellent performers and successful performers receive same raise. Very demotivating for best performers. Office politics is at its peak. Managers and team leads hire there relatives and the get high pay raise and promotion instead of the best performers and hard work loyal tenured employees.
