To get an experience, it’s very good.

They are talking about diversity, but Favouritism, racism etc. Associate managers are supporting the an employee who’s from his/her state. If you really want to do Skip level meetings, they won’t do anything. Slow growth!

Just the location as it was in my hometown.

Why so many women?? Just women . Low accumen back office BPO jobs carried out here. No internal movements encouraged. HR is from rural institutions who cannot speak English properly. Salary is abyssymal. Worked here only because I was in a financial difficulty. Also, notice period is an unbelievable 90 days (not negotiable!).

Appraisal and increment are terrible. Excellent performers and successful performers receive same raise. Very demotivating for best performers. Office politics is at its peak. Managers and team leads hire there relatives and the get high pay raise and promotion instead of the best performers and hard work loyal tenured employees.
