Flexible work hour no micro monitoring.

No carrier growth, no proper project. Even though it's own company, work is like service based company. Short term project and for everything we need you beg client. No good hike and promotion. Pay structure is bad. No gym. No free can. Worst facility team etc

Work Details

European clients are worst to work. They don't give proper work. You need to learn there language otherwise they don't fully transfer the process. No help from in learning the process.

It's completely depends on the project you work on. Company doesn't fire any employee unless you have breached data privacy.

The work culture is nice and feel like of second home. Empowerment of decision making related to work at the same time Safe, Protect and act policies are also taken care off.
