The Working hours are flexible which I think is best for a student, he can manage the timing accordingly.

Dislikes

When you convert your internship to full time they offered me 3.6 CTC which is kind of low as per 2022, they at least offer 4.5 CTC.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
