There is no like since I will not recommend anyone to join this. This company will be end of their future.

Dislikes

They will force you to resign during pregnancy. If you will not resign they will terminate you. They will start giving your credit to someone else. Full of politics. Even you can bear politics but you will not bear the mental harassment during your pregnancy. HR Manager and your Manager will come into picture and they will start harassing you from left right up and down from everywhere. It will be like a fullstop to your career. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
