There is nothing to like about this Very Unprofessional Company.

Avenir International Engineers & Consultants headed by Mr. Srini Mahalingum, Mr. Pugal, Mr. Murali Nair is one of the most Unprofessional Company. 1. Never pay salary on time always delayed by at least 23 to 25 days some time 30 days. 2. Company's Engg Mgrs Mr. Gokul & Mr. Srini N alway s approve OT but never pay in salary. 4. Company will compel to stretch working hours in week days by putting clause in Offer letter. Verbally Company director will say they will pay OT but there is no clause for OT for working Mon-Fri. Company will deceive the new Joiners. 5. Company Offer letter will have different clauses of employment that UAE Contract which Company will give for signature after almost 1.5 months. 6. Company will delay the employment visa & compel t work on Visit Visa. MOHRE (UAE Labor department) made lot of fines for such illegal activities to company. 7. Company work culture is very mu unprofessional, Bullying & full of politics. I request new Joiners (Experienced & less experience) not to Join this company though you find this as gate way to Start career in UAE but in actual it is HELL....Read More

Very unprofessional company. Should not be joining this company as everyone is leaving this company due to worst work culture. This company is a cheap manpower consultancy and not at all an engineering company. Dont join this company or else you will regret your decision. They dont pay salarie s on time, always would ask people to stretch more hours without getting paid OT</mark>. They will ask to to deliver documents which cant be completed without input. No one in this company will support or assist you for your work, but they will always be behind you for submissions. The Engr. Managers dont even have guts to face client but can only push and shout on their own team. Engineering team is changing every month and not a single person is continuously working on this project. They will take data from planner and tell to submit irrelevant documents just for sake of submission and the same will get rejected. All the experienced Lead engineers have left the company due to the poor work culture, Adnoc's unreasonable comments. If you dont approve OEM/vendor document, you will be under pressure from EPC and if you approve Adnoc people will abuse you.. In short its not at all a respectable place to work for Engineers who have worked in various domains and world class projects and join this company to work in this utter rubbish petty, insignificant shutdown job which is not even worth few dollars....Read More

It is like working in a HELL. Nothing to like.

Dislikes

No on time salaries. No Overtime (they'll say it is there, but they never pay for it) Worst Management and Culture. Worst work practices. I strongly believe if they'll continue like this, the company will shut down in a few months.
