One of the worst company in UAE is the avenir international engineers and consultants. This company only favours to Tamil and Kerala. They gave salary very low and late. There is no good working culture. The MD murali Nair is the worst fellow in that company he never think that work is going in a smooth way or not he tries to get only complaints so that the employees will not ask the hikes. The salary also very less for the engineers they give designer salaries , for designers they gave half salary than market.. this is worst consultancy because almost all projects they will get from ADNOC on less price compared to mnc and they r cheating to adnoc because they hire 30 employees for project but they assign only 10 employees remaining 20 they will make them to work in other projects even adnoc also know this cheating. I thought adnoc locals are true patriots but they r not. Because when the non local company cheating them , they r not responding.. murali Nair is the worst fellow he will eat anything for money. Entire company is worst Daily 8 to 8 and Weekends Saturday and Sunday also working but they give very less salaries but high pressure this is unsafe company for employees
