Nothing to be liked here. I used this company as a transit. Likes you can drink well inside the store at time of parties.

Dislikes

sell product above MRP to customers. Boss drinks and come to store and shout at staffs. Compare male with female. Zero knowledge people get high salary as they are friends of their son or daughter. HR she is good but can't help staffs from these. Middle and Lower income people gets treated as slave.

My teammates are good and training also but job security not good, salary/appraisal everything ok but work-life balance not at all.

Management not give proper response to the worker about their questions

Before shifting new branch the work is good after that it was worry

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
