Before AVA was good company now a day they are very poor company. They are doing partiality . If employee are present for 8:50hour they marked half day . They are giving 1 cl in this company . That cl you will not take in another month. If you are emergency you are not eligible for use your left cl.

Company is very bad there are doing partiality with students this company doesn't have any work culture. Tanisha recruiter is very bad in behaviour. They are giving some one work from home or for some employees working from home are not employed 😞😕😕

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
