Director in efficient, employees are zero skilled as company give salary of Labour so people just come for 2-3 months experience, nobody is experienced in the company and company don't let set experience people due to so much high expectations from management like one can do whole project in a day as one is experienced. Salary structure is very poor like baba Adam style in 16 century. There Is no job security, one can be fired on the same day without any notice and compensation. Management grab any project without knowing the skill of employee and force employees to complete if project not complete in week then employees will be fired on same day wit lot of slang language. All top management and director are speaking in slang manner with girls also. Company is in secure and Very bad for girls....Read More

Work Details

salary is as that of labourer, working from Mon to Sat and including every Sunday you have to be ready to work any time. Without notice anybody can be fired on same day without salary. All project are grabbed without knowing skill. Not safe for girls.
