The company has work life balance. It is mostly dependent on project allocations. Management will listen, and then will really try for the personal growth. It is because its very organization so opportunity will be more.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Risk of project allocations are high. It is good for 1 or 2 years time, beyond this worst specially for technical positions.
