List is endless (All the characteristics of low grade MNC): 1. Abusive managers. Shouting team members in call. 2. Extremely high attrition. 3. HR is just puppet, Just there to show that company is having HR(Controlled by management as per their wishes). 4. No projects. 5. No onsite opportunity. 6. Managers are discussing in regional language in DH huddle call.
