Extremely Biased Company. Communal bias is diligently practiced by senior management in Mumbai. Very bad group politics. Senior management is highly insecure. Does not like out of the box thinking and talented people are ostracized. High degree of micro management. Question to ask is, when Atos is performing so bad in the market now, with its share prices lowest in history, why the top management responsible for this state of Atos is allowed to continue ? No salary hike and even though you are deserve for promotion they promote those who's tenure is completed. The promotion should be based on performance rather than tenure of individual.

Atos is a good company. I learn lot of things here. Teammates are good and supportive. Work culture also very good.

work life balance is just a word here means our Team Leader and manager doesn't care about it. Lot of times my team complaint but no action yet. Evey week they will provide different shifts like , Mon& Tue Week off. Wed & Thu >> Morning Fri , Sat & Sun >> Night They will not provide continuous shift because of that no sleep at night and whole day will be wasted with no sleep.

There's a good work life balance in the project I'm working. I did not see any layoff or salary cut during downtime. Salary hikes are 3-5% normally. Company having backend support from French government.

Hard to find or move out from one project. Some manager would do a micro management

No decent hike or promotions in the past 3 years, even though its promised by the management. They have cut many employee benefits including shift allowance for UK and US shits. They save costs by not giving transportation facility to the employees. Not a good company if your goal is to excel in any role and get promotions and better packages.

Work life balance, 5 day month work from office. Management is very best. You will never be questioned about the breaks, they only want ther work to be done within given SLA. Always encourage to learn and grow. Awards and recognition awards are given to keep employees encouraged. If your manager is Sajid Karke then you will always have a very comfortable environment.

One of the best company but after dividing into Eviden and Atos there are lot of changes in pay scale and appraisal format. 2024 is a bad year for atos lot of project moved from atos to tcs and wipro
