Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI

there is no such a things to like at this company

So many things but cant explain all, there is no team to support in R/Ac branch, here all things need to be done urgent, urgent, urgent...no body value your technical skill, you know or don't know you have to do that sit, no good technical team in R&AC but you can get a good support from electrical team, they will help you in all possible way Specially Mr,.Artur & Mr,Seervin, you can call them any time, they will come to help you and no fix timing of work, you can get brake down call at mid night at 3 o clock, no good pay, no bonus, if you do extra work than you have to do this for free...they will say be flexible.No entertainment only room to work and work to room, if you like to go outing you have to ask permission to management, and they will directly say NO....Read More
