It's really pathetic organisation to work, lot's of demotivation from owner of the company day to day micro management, trust issue, even commitment to client & agents was ignored. Before joining the company, Kindly ask average tenure of outside sales people, you will understand about Hire & Fire policy. Once you joined the companyyou will realise no incentive & no increment. If you resigned the company then please don't serve notice period as company will not do F&F and also you will not get reliving letter too. Personally I need to lodged the complaint to get reliving letter and form-16, after serving two month notice period company denied to pay F&F including salary. So called lady called her self HR don't even know to talk professionally....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
