Earlier the company used to be good. Earlier we had job security and management was very supportive. Not now.

It is like a dictatorship now, too much interference in work. Management is abusive and people are treated like use and throw objects. Many people have left due to poor management and HR policies. There is no scope for growth. Hierarchy is everything for even smallest of facilities. Long delay in payment of salary components. Even salary gets delayed. Dislikes

Teammates are not feeling job security. Appraisal process to be transparent and one to one discussion should happen honestly. Internal politics should be avoided. Usage of unparliamentary words and threatening words shall be avoided. ( Ex if you are not doing this job or not going to site you will be kicked out from this office). Gender bias should not be there. Due to lack of resource 4 to 5 projects to be handled by single person without juniors. This in turn affects each project deliverables and client satisfaction. Extended working time in all working days affects work life balance and creating stress which leads to spoil health condition. There is no decision taking middle management to raise our issues and technical discussion because everything has to be discussed and finalised by top management only. Team work is very bad. Main focus of Managers are expecting works whereas team co-ordination is very bad. Managers and HOD has to be monitor periodically and have to give suggestions and the same has to meet in the appraisal. But that is not all happening here. Whomever working in the same company has to consider for appraisal based on performance and experience but here there is no growth in the salary. It is easy to adapt to the company as work culture is very good and seniors are very friendly. Able to learn new technologies.

Dislikes

Friendly nature with in the team is missing now. Career growth is very slow and we have to work late in the night to complete the task assigned. Rating is given more for the employee coming from other company when compared to the employee with in the company. All efforts goes waste when we don't get the expected performance rating.

Job is secure here, work culture is good in our division (T&T), management is needs to be little bit flexible in its policies which does not affect the company. Employees are provided with lunch daily, which is decent enough.

Dislikes

Salary is comparitively low with respect to other companies. Appraisal does not fetch you much increments. Because of work culture and challanging works which we are getting makes us motivated to work here. Our work involves travel, i hate travelling for very long duration as we need to stay away from family for long.

Poor HR & Top management decisions have made this excellent company into a Training Centre & Manpower providing firm for MNCs. No transparency in appraisal. Below market level salary structure for middle level engineers.
