No respect for employee who served more than 20 or 25 years . Very rough treatment. When an employee resigns he has to pay 3 months gross salary if he cannot serve notice period, whereas the company pays leave encashment on separation on basic salary only, which is not equitable. When an employee resigns he will not receive the salary for the recent month he worked and he will get the salary of that month after 4 or 6 months along with Full & Final Settlement.
