Appraisals are very less. Manager to employees relationships are very poor. HR interactions also very poor. Didn't get any respect when an employee completes the tasks. they forcefully gives low feedbacks to the employees

I had a rough experience with my manager. Their mindset felt outdated. Our team was constantly micromanaged. We were also monitored during our breaks. Casual chats were not allowed between colleagues. Under my manager's supervision, I completely lost my confidence. I was frequently manipulated and gaslighted during work. For example, they constantly blew tiny issues out of proportion and disregarded our attempts to create a more organised and manageable workspace. As a result, my team members and I felt like we were walking on eggshells around them. I had an experience where my manager crossed personal boundaries in front of others (i.e. physically interacting with me in an uncomfortable way), which made me feel disrespected and unsettled. However, they brushed it off as 'being playful'. Our one-on-one sessions were unproductive and did not focus on proposing effective solutions, considering all my negative experiences, I was pushed to file an official complaint with HR. However, HR refused to offer a proper solution or accept my immediate reassignment of teams. Although I'd expressed my intention to speak separately with HR, I was made to reiterate the complaints in front of my manager. This was a very uncomfortable experience. Moreover, I'd repeatedly presented proof of my work during the complaint, However, the focus was shifted to my 'poor performance', which was never mentioned before this incident. Ultimately, HR told me that I wasn't 'strong enough' to handle a manager like them. My negative experience with the manager and HR exposed a significant institutional failure that continues to allow harmful behaviour in the workplace, leaving employees vulnerable to mistreatment by their direct supervisors. Lastly, I also learned that nine employees had quit the same team under the same manager's supervision in under a year. Like the previous employees, I also had to resign. - Pathetic set of HR's. They will be nice to you initially but will show their true colours after you leave. - Project manager wont do any duties. Good number of project with most of them running on latest tech stack and adapting to new technologies. Managers and HRs are easy to connect with even on Teams without formal schedules or calls.
Salary compensation could be disappointing sometimes. Its been a while that the hike was covered in April itself. Most of the time, the hikes are rolled out in mid of May and we always get them as arrears despite that the performance discussions complete by Feb itself.

At starting , the team & managing partners look very supportive and welcoming. The manager teaches & suggests a lot for improvement, & also supports in various aspects. Work culture and job security is ok, not so bad.
The top management considers women employees as top talent & supports them only. I could see put more work & pressure mostly on male employees. Politics exist everywhere, but whoever slightly underperforms are not treated properly, they are more accused by women staffs for various things. This has to be changed here & appraisal is also not much expectable.
