You’ll get to connect directly with the client company’s top management and HOD’s and an opportunity to handle the whole team as it will be your implementation. Direct exposure on how to communicate with Director level entities. A good people management leaning curve with good analytical exposure.

Dislikes

No long term promotional opportunities as there is no management pyramid. You directly work under company directors. You have no additional benefits or PF apart from Standard salary and Medical Insurance with Performance Bonus which is also included in the CTC.
