When I joined Ahuja Ashok leyland I was just like a kid to my work but as I move forward working with the team I learned a lot. Now after a long time I see huge positive change in myself and my career seems to move forward.

Well there is something I would like to have for eg: soft skills training to the employee. Salary issue which donot suits to job title.
