Staff is very friendly. You get good relations here and there are always chances to learn more about the new technologies.

Dislikes

The management is a complete waste. There is always a delay in salary. No compensation offered. No proper response from seniors about your queries and about your pay. You have to wait, wait and wait and you do not get any response from management.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

They are not paying on time. They are not paying salary for more than 2 months sometimes. Hike is very low given by company compair to market standerds & your performance. No growth in salary , designation. No fixed policies. They are not paying u on time but when u left the job it doesn't matter you abscond or left job after completeing all the procedures, they will not pay you your dues. You have to ask them for your due compensation contniously....Read More
