- Bad when it comes to Job security - Treated like a Daily wage labour where you can be asked not to come from next day without any severance allowance or benefits - No fixed policy. It keeps changing to suit company's convenience and requirements for every individual

The original company name Collabera Eng. Services was rebranded as Ascendion. This exercise was done by an equally new executive management team who were brought in from Cognizant.And this new leadership are trying to run the company as service based like Cognizant,TCS, Wipro. But they don't realize that only the name of company waschanged the business model for most projects is still outsourced manpower. And this is where the culture conflict b/w old company and new is killing. Don't see a great future....Read More

-> Work from home. -> Transparency in work. -> Overall, the culture is good in the company.

-> Ascendion planning to start a hybrid work mode for all employees. -> There are not many benefits apart from on-time salary and WFH. It is disappointing that I joined Ascendion only for Work-from-home flexibility rejecting all other higher-pay offers. Now they are calling for hybrid work.

My experience with Collabera Digital has been deeply frustrating. They don't follow proper policies and employees like me face unfair treatment, including significant discrimination. Payments are inconsistent and procedures are ignored. I was issued three different employee IDs, two relieving letters and five offer letters, all containing mistakes that were only corrected after I pointed them out. There's been no professionalism or appreciation. Each month, my salary fluctuates after joining. I faced a 60% deduction without a clear explanation, only being told it worked often for 16 hours a day, goes unrecognized, while toxic with poor management, favoritism and severe discrimination throughout. As a woman, I experienced severe mental harassment due to my manager's toxic behavior and blatant favoritism. He gave credit to those he liked, even if they didn't contribute, while my efforts were constantly overlooked. Despite my hard work and delivering innovative, industry-standard solutions, all recognition went to his favored employees. There was also significant discrimination, with no clear guidance or goals provided. When I resigned, they treated me poorly and to this day have not settled my full and final dues.
