He frequently shouts and refuses to listen to or consider any suggestions from employees. The organization lacks the structure and professionalism of a proper company, resembling more of a shop. Job security is virtually non-existent, especially for those with higher salaries, who are more likely to be targeted or dismissed. Employees are required to submit their original mark sheets, and if someone wants to leave during the probation period, the mark sheets are withheld. The employer changes company policies without prior notice, and these changes are hidden on the company portal, making it difficult to log in without agreeing to them.
