There is nothing to share what I like working at Aryatech Platforms

Dislikes

Bad Culture and playing Politics, abusing and shouting on the floor, sharing salary of all employees within company and gossiping, co-founders are raw ear people, don't understand the technology, firing well performers and retaining sycophant resources, working for investors to keep them happy however showing they are working for societies and farmers on social media, offensive nature, insecurity among all the departments, all are working to save their job instead of doing their work...Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
