Dislikes

I’ve noticed that Artmac has been growing rapidly, which is fantastic. However, with rapid growth, there can sometimes be growing pains, such as maintaining the company culture and ensuring that all employees are adequately supported during transitions. I see this as an opportunity for continuous improvement and to be part of a team that addresses these challenges.
