Terrible Experience with Unethical Practices.My experience with has been extremely disappointing. This company prioritizes uneducated and unprofessional employees while letting go of well-educated and deserving individuals. The work environment is toxic, filled with rampant office politics, which seems to be encouraged by management. Talent and hard work are neither recognized nor rewarded here. I had a very negative experience with Sanu Maity, who works as an IT Administrator. He is heavily involved in office politics and frequently provides false feedback about deserving and experienced employees. Instead of promoting a healthy work environment, he protects unprofessional colleagues who engage in drinking and smoking withhim, fostering a toxic culture.
