One man show. No scope for others to learn/grow. A lot of talk about growth but nothing is progressive in practice. Being run by amateurs. Not even a single person is expert of his/her field. A lot of selfish and vicious politics. Unfavorable culture. A lot of verbal dicision makings. Hierarchy is just a joke. You are asked to work from home even on off/holidays days but there is no pay for that. Timing is strict. No one supports actually but makes you even more confused. Management doesn't know what it actually wants or how to achieve it neither does it allow any expert to take a lead. Low employee retention rate. Low salary, high expectations.
