Dislikes

Working culture is not good at all. Managers are not good. We have to do extra work on weekends with extra pressure and without pay or comp off. Most of the time IT persons have to work on Non IT related work. Managers gives too much work pressure. They give extra work after office. Also Saturday and sunday both are working days with extra work pressure. All the managers are extra rude. They have hybrid policy so according to policy employees can take wfh. But when any employee ask about this then manager clear let denied. Then why they are having this policy ??...Read More
