Skills which I work that is only good.

Dislikes

Management is not supportive, no proper appraisals, after eating for 1.5 yrs , getting the appraisal of 4-5% only, and the manager is also not aware about anything. There is a lot of politics. Hr are taking the reviews from the employee then conveing that to the manager and disclosing the name also. Can't trust on hr.

I leant many things from my team lead. The job was interesting but the way my manager deals was very bad. Girls should be aware of these type of people.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
