Very bad experience with Company, You have to work for the client location, if you had any trouble in working stuffs they will not resolve your quires even after multiple calls and mail. Once the client project done they will fire you next day.

This is the vendor company. You will be worked on client location only according to the software recruitment

I am the senior software engineer in Artech but worked in client location only. After contract is over in client location you need to search job outside but PF all they will deduct as a company. But offer letter they will mention as permanent

Working culture is not good at all. Managers are not good. We have to do extra work on weekends with extra pressure and without pay or comp off. Most of the time IT persons have to work on Non IT related work. Managers gives too much work pressure. They give extra work after office. Also Saturday and sunday both are working days with extra work pressure. All the managers are extra rude. They have hybrid policy so according to policy employees can take wfh. The most toxic company woth no work life balance at all, they ask you to work overtime amd on weekends without paying anything extra. They are unprofessionals, every manager is toxic . They keep you and throw you out on their terms and dont even give you your money.
