I like there only they have good environment of work, but when you work as back end. There is no value of you work and position as compare to others departments.

There is no job promotion, appraisal, or increment, if you want these things in artech, need to wait a quite long time like 2-4 years as back end. So I request everyone who want to join, pls negotiate at beginning of selection.
