Yes but for few days, after that you can suffer a lot, they gave you salary, apart from that no growth

They didn't give salary hike every year, I worked there for three years but I got once hike of 5%,dont join this company, higher level get money, they are very fraud higher level in Bangalore special they earn more money from fraud things like they deployed less manpower and billed more, when they caught they blame security officers so.

Reporting to managers out of state (out of district lately). No managers on the ground at all facilities throughout India. This has an adverse effect on how much care/attention of superiors we get. I had a very simple requirement for which I requested for over two months which could have been effectively got over within 2-3 days. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
