Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive, Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

According to me nothing was there to dislike. Every thing was quite interesting and when I was there it was my second ngos job and I got great support of my boss(Mrs Aggarwal madam, Nabneeta madam, krishna Shroff, krisna mam) they have taught me alot. I m very much thankful for them..

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
