How a person feel when the hospital authorities hire some other employee on your place without giving you any acknowledgement or information and through you out? Just because the public transportation is not available for that route and you are not able to come? It was a disaster and it efforts the mental health of the person mostimportantly when you the hospital authorities sanctioned the leave and you thought you are on leave.
