The work environment is supportive to implement latest ideas. Here mentors act more than preachers, as true facilitators. The promoters are very generous, humble and supportive. The entire work environment makes one feel working in his/her own venture than working as an employee for an institution. A great place to learn, adapt towards various situations and overcome challenges in the most systematic and easy manner. Promoters are so much supportive and humble that besides needy parents, sometimes few parents fake things and intentionally take advantage of the generosity of such good human characters. Still proud to be a part of this great organization.
