I worked in Architron Group for 2 years. The work culture is fantastic, the studio team is very helpful and friendly. There is a lot to learn from the principal architect. Overall, it was a great experience.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
