I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Good and really an excellent work place for every youngsters. Good management and team work. There is achievable targets and Good salary packages. Totally an amazing experience for me.
