I liked the management of this institution. They have a understanding nature. You will get to learn new things. If you want to be a teacher then you can start from here as they take freshers.

Dislikes

Poor Pay Salary deduction for unnecessary things. At my time there was a very bad coordinator. She was very bad and rude. She played a lot of politics and use to do personal attack. She use to use you for work and then mistreat you.

The best thing about Archies Education Centre was the support of the management for the school staff. The behaviour of the management with all the staff was very friendly as there is a friendly environment. The job was secure with all the suitable benefits. The working criteria is vry simple and easily understandable. The policies were good as there is an yearly increment with extra kore benifits.

A little bit of politics only.
