I loath the experience pf working as an ex employee at Archetive Solutions. The atmosphere is suffocating, drowning creativity and enthusiasm.

Dislikes

At Archetive Solutions, I despise the stifling atmosphere, incompetent management, stagnant growth, toxic culture, and demoralizing experience.

A very friendly environment ! Starting from HR and management ,training to operations and team lead to the employees they bear a very good culture . I am blessed to be a part of this organisation .

Not much Can be said to thank Archetive Solutions for ensuring the smooth operations during this pandemic era. I am Thankful to a part of this organization as not only it has ensured business continuity during these tough times , but actually expanded to other cities like Chennai. This goes volumes to say about the job security here. Work Environment is good and professional out here.

I work in client and vendor provisioning team and my work involves overseeing work allocation amongst vendors and also to check client metrics.

The working environment is fantastic alongwith the associates out there. Trainings are conducted well that makes easier for trainees to grab the process quickly and be productive to the company at the best possible way. Very good work environment and work culture . The teammates are extremely supportive and the management is transparent. They have been extremely supportive not only during the pandemic but always . Company policies are really good .

The CEO and General Manager are really good person from professional and personal standpoint and follows a a very good ideology and takes care of their employees and help to grow. There is a complete work satisfactions and balance and learning and R&A opportunities and no micro management but self driven. All experience people and a good streamlines process and business. Nothing as such since it is a new company and forming up it's policies and practices now. Only industry specific remunerations as per the market standard for experienced professionals could be re-visited.
