...n a lot of exposure to learn new things and take up different responsibilities . The salary structure is quite decent in comparison to the companies we drool on . The best part of the company is we being the fresher and we hardly could contribute anything to the company as we are still in the learning phase but this when it comes to appreciation and recognition , we have never been left out . No company would pay a decent prize money just after completing training just for a presentation . Apart from that incentives are like icing on the cake . Growth rate is very high . Starting from training to operations , TL To the HR they have been very supportive throughout the journey . As per the tag line "Grow is what we do " , I want my company to soar high keeping all the negativities away . It is impractical to expect heaven on earth , as our company is still in its growing phase, and every one I believe should equally contribute with new ideas and definitely work as a team to accelerate the growth . If the company grows we grow as well . If company is standing by us in our difficult times , we should stand as a team and believe and support the decisions been taken by the company . In this pandemic it has been seen that many mid level companies have seized to exist and their are many people who have lost their jobs /. The so called renowned companies are hiring as per contract , whereas we have kept our hiring on provided job security to many people .
