...n a lot of exposure to learn new things and take up different responsibilities . The salary structure is quite decent in comparison to the companies we drool on . The best part of the company is we being the fresher and we hardly could contribute anything to the company as we are still in the learning phase but this when it comes to appreciation and recognition , we have never been left out . No company would pay a decent prize money just after completing training just for a presentation . Apart from that incentives are like icing on the cake . Growth rate is very high . Starting from training to operations , TL To the HR they have been very supportive throughout the journey . As per the tag line "Grow is what we do " , I want my company to soar high keeping all the negativities away . It is impractical to expect heaven on earth , as our company is still in its growing phase, and every one I believe should equally contribute with new ideas and definitely work as a team to accelerate the growth . If the company grows we grow as well . If company is standing by us in our difficult times , we should stand as a team and believe and support the decisions been taken by the company . In this pandemic it has been seen that many mid level companies have seized to exist and their are many people who have lost their jobs /. The so called renowned companies are hiring as per contract , whereas we have kept our hiring on provided job security to many people .

Except the salary everything is just something worse than the word worst. Dirty politics, blame game, extend shift and the list continues. Please do not waste your life here.

...h Property Preservation , which is unique and very less scope of recession. 2. Company has paid full salary even in this pandemic and has also paid the quarterly incentives. There has so far been no pay cuts for pandemic or any pay reduction. 3. Growth is there is for anyone who has the zeal of growing combined with positivity of approach and flexibility. 4. As the lingua franca is English in the Work place , hence it is a great place for freshers to hone up their communication skills and be a better version of themselves. This Place is for you if you have zeal to grow , work hard , positive approach. For a company of its scale and tenure , it offers best that can be done and even during pandemic , there were no job cuts , as there was little impact on the business.

There is not much to dislike. It would be wrong to expect from Archetive Solutions what a person may expect from an MNC. Being a new Company , it has done and is doing all it could to keep its business running smoothly and employing more people to help business grow and people grow as well with them

Kindly don't go by the fake comments as they are being posted by the internal people only. No proper training facilities no good work environment plus 10 hours of work with no pickup and drop facility and alternative Saturday's are off and in that also they will force you to come to office

Have been working here for 3+ years and I must say it's a great place to gain knowledge about the corporate culture, especially for the freshers. People with great decision making skills will have ample opportunities to grow in the company. Work is good and you get to learn new things everyday.
