A a new joiner to coming out of College ,have been working with Archetive Solutions and Completed 6 Months. In this 6 Months myself and some other new joiners who are freshers have been made mentors to upskill and help others new joiners grow. I also look into Quality Control and belong to that team. It is not only me , but others in my batch as well are into this role. This kind of growth is possible in a growing Company like ours and others where things are newly setup. Maybe there the perfection of a MNC is not there , but end of the day in a CV , growth matters most. Environment is generally good. It is impractical to expect heaven on earth. Have been working here for 3+ years and I must say it's a great place to gain knowledge about the corporate culture, especially for the freshers. People with great decision making skills will have ample opportunities to grow in the company. Work is good and you get to learn new things everyday.
