A a new joiner to coming out of College ,have been working with Archetive Solutions and Completed 6 Months. In this 6 Months myself and some other new joiners who are freshers have been made mentors to upskill and help others new joiners grow. I also look into Quality Control and belong to that team. It is not only me , but others in my batch as well are into this role. This kind of growth is possible in a growing Company like ours and others where things are newly setup. Maybe there the perfection of a MNC is not there , but end of the day in a CV , growth matters most. Environment is generally good. It is impractical to expect heaven on earth. I have been working here as a process analyst and my experience over here has been quite good . Work is very engrossing and policies are very fair . Every company has their own policies , and Archetive has theirs as well depending upon the nature of work and criticality . Yes , our company do follow the sandwich policy same like many other companies . This is not an alien concept ..It is required for all to work 6 days a week , but company provides a provision of 2 days off in alternative weeks including two weeks Sunday off. Since our company provides services to the US client , so we have only requirement in night shift . Morning being used for training and as a backup support team . so all the people the company hires are for night shift . Based on the process different company has different quality parameters, nothing wrong and nothing right with it , ones a person joins our company they get to understand the opportunities and the growth present as the company is still in the growing phase -organizing and reorganizing . Here people making huge mistakes that costs alot to the company but still co.never fires anyone fr loses it makes. It is always brought to training to make sure other people are not doing the same mistake . Our co . always appreciates employee's achievement , we r never forced to work for 12 hours , or any longer unless there is need of something to be taken care of with additional hrs. . Co. pays OT for the holidays we work and that is absolutely our call if we wanna avail it . Our company deals with US mortgage properties , and helping US team in preparing reports , supporting them over phone and via different portals . If its been seen as data entry , I wouldn't disagree as data entry is a part of the process . the co grew from 80 sf room with 1 employee to 4000sf office in Sector V along with one more branch in Chennai with over 100 employees is the growth and Company's achievement justifying our tagline "Grow is What We Do "...Read More
