A a new joiner to coming out of College ,have been working with Archetive Solutions and Completed 6 Months. In this 6 Months myself and some other new joiners who are freshers have been made mentors to upskill and help others new joiners grow. I also look into Quality Control and belong to that team. It is not only me , but others in my batch as well are into this role. This kind of growth is possible in a growing Company like ours and others where things are newly setup. Maybe there the perfection of a MNC is not there , but end of the day in a CV , growth matters most. Environment is generally good. It is impractical to expect heaven on earth. People are generally well behaved , from Trainer to TL to HR and GM, Director. A Place for people with positive mindset and approach , dedication and spirit to excel in life. That's all....Read More

The working environment is fantastic alongwith the associates out there. Trainings are conducted well that makes easier for trainees to grab the process quickly and be productive to the company at the best possible way. Merit gets the actual weightage out here and there are ample opportunity to showcase our talents resulting to the actual growth, support and success one must have.
