-In my experience with the company, I found their culture to be quite unfavorable. It seemed like they lacked substantial expertise in software development, as their strengths primarily lie in UI/UX projects. -I was disappointed with my experience at the company. When I joined, there was only one Business Analyst who handled almost 4/5 projects, leading to an overwhelming workload. This severely impacted the quality of work and made it a challenging environment. - I had a disappointing experience with this company. Their project management is severely lacking, and it seems their primary focus is on extracting money from clients rather than delivering quality service. - They have a habit of placing employees on the client's side, and when their internal hiring and management issues lead to project problems, they conveniently avoid responding to the client. This often results in clients venting their frustration on junior employees due to the company's poor management. The company's salary offerings are well below market standards. - When I initially joined, there was no manager assigned to me for three months, and when they finally hired one, it was a manager with zero experience in Business Analysis and exhibited behavioral issues. The client, seeing the subpar project management, requested a change in the Project Management Office (PMO), a crucial part of the company. - However, the company's subsequent choice for a PMO with 18 years of experience turned out to have zero communication, management, and written communication skills, causing more client dissatisfaction. To make matters worse, PMOs would often assign irrelevant tasks such as technical work, testing, Jira setup, source-to-target mapping, and API analysis. Here FnF duration is 90 days ( Standard is 45 days) and 90 days for the notice period. That means if you resign then for the next 6 months you won't get a penny and still no surety of getting your dues on time. And variables man.. trust me it's a scam you will never get it. There is no transparency in anything they do. People working here for more than a year feel they are superior to anyone joining later. Poor decision-making by Management, several loopholes in every process and the main thing is there is no scope for improvement Here if you are a 🥄 to anyone and especially Management then even if you don't work and don't perform, you are safe.
