1)The break areas could be improved. 2)There is room for improvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives, I find a lot of Telugu-speaking people working here. 3)limited remote work opportunities make achieving a flexible work-life balance challenging. 4)Sometimes the work gets really busy during certain releases and can get a bitstressful. 5)There aren't enough bathrooms for everyone, which can be annoying. 6)Need more parking space, car parking is not available....Read More

The work life balance sucks. Although the office timings are 9:30-6:30 you have to work for more hours or late nights often and you also need to work on weekends mostly

This is one organization that offers plenty of learning opportunities while working and otherwise. Those who keep their eyes and years open will benefit a lot here. We have internal cross functional trainings every month. There is no fear of becoming stagnant. Crossover opportunities for the eligible individuals.

Focus is on being process oriented. Things are well organized and systematic in nature. Seniors define your roles and responsibilities clearly. They are open to discussions and keep motivating. Happy to have such efficient understanding colleagues. The org. has got a diverse culture which makes this workplace fun interesting at the same time.

The company encourages flexibility and new ideas. I enjoy learning and sharing with my team. Leadership supports me through challenges. I have met some goals and have more to achieve .Our young CEO is open to new ideas

Doing interesting and challenging work here. Have also received a reward with an annual bonus as a token of appreciation. So, it genuinely boosted my self-confidence. Plus, I am receiving full co-operation from my TL and Manager. We share a cordial relationship. Good organization on the whole.

At Akribia Automation, I got to explore diverse industries and build challenging products. Overall it's been a good journey of learning and growth. The good thing is that our hard work is always acknowledged and rewarded. Exceptional talents also get an appraisal quickly
